  • WHEN WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
    Sign up to our newsletter to find out about restocked items, new products and more!
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
    For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns that are received unopened, unused in a fully sealed and re-saleable condition. Refunds will be made minus our postage costs unless item is found by us to be faulty. The colour you see on your screen depends entirely on the settings of your monitor and all browsers interpret colours differently. For these reasons shades shown on the internet can never be more than an indication. We would always advise anyone thinking of buying an unfamiliar product to try out a tester first if possible. Please note - We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at the checkout. We ship to the address provided so please be sure to double check your address before you order.
  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

  • WANNEER KRIJG IK MIJN GELD TERUG?
    Zodra uw retourzending in ons magazijn is ontvangen, wordt deze verwerkt en gecontroleerd voordat we overgaan tot het goedkeuren of afkeuren van de betreffende retourzending. Het (de) product(en) moet(en) binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst worden teruggestuurd. Het moet ongebruikt zijn - in de originele verpakking met intacte labels en beschermende stickers - en nog steeds in dezelfde nieuwe staat zijn als toen het product werd ontvangen. Als uw retourzending wordt goedgekeurd, wordt het volledige bedrag van uw bestelling teruggestort. Zodra een terugbetaling is uitgegeven op ons systeem, kunt u verwachten dat het binnen 5 werkdagen zichtbaar is op uw rekening.
  • WHICH PRODUCTS ARE VEGAN FRIENDLY?
    You can find which products are Vegan in their product description. We will be adding Vegan section to our website soon for all our vegan customers out there.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
    This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. Where possible, we will dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, however at busy periods dispatch time could be longer than this so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Extended delivery times subject to location and postal service selected. If your item is not in stock and back order is possible we will e-mail you and offer you this option, otherwise we will refund your payment.
  • DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
    All discounts and offers are limited to stock levels, unfortunately we can not save a discount code to be used when the item is restocked. These codes can not be used on past purchases. You can only use one discount code for each purchase. We have the right to change or end any promotion and at anytime. Other restrictions may apply.
